NEW: Creamy Cranberry Dressing (Light, Tart & Savory)

Hi Reader,

Every holiday season I end up sharing AT LEAST one new cranberry recipe on the blog. Actually, it's usually more like two or three.

At our house, we're slightly obsessed with this beautiful fruit!

And it's not just because my husband is from Wisconsin, where more cranberries are produced than any place in the world (although, that's probably how his obsession started).

Cranberries are simply magical. I mean, that color! Plus, they're rich in antioxidants and the high pectin content is like a plant-based secret weapon.

Pectin creates a naturally thick and creamy consistency and even keeps it from separating.

Though cranberries are very tart and sour, they really don't have a strong flavor. So in a way they're the perfect blank-slate ingredient for salad dressing!

Cranberry Salad Dressing

Thanks to one clove of garlic, the flavor leans more savory than you might expect. But if you want a fruitier, sweeter dressing, the flavors are easy to adjust!

Hi Reader, In my email a few weeks ago I asked if anyone would be interested in a chocolate version of my popular vegan gluten-free pie crust. The answer was a resounding "Yes!" 🥰 So here we are!
