Hi Reader, It's hard to believe Thanksgiving is just two weeks away. Whether you have a Friendsgiving party or family gathering to attend or it's just another fall day, you've gotta eat, right? π€ Ever since I was a child, the flavors of Thanksgiving dinner have been favorites β with herbs like rosemary, thyme, and sage and dishes like cornbread dressing and pumpkin pie. π€€ So I guess it's no surprise that after 13 years as a vegan and 6 years of recipe creation and blogging, I've ended up with quite a collection of vegan Thanksgiving recipes! This week I created a special landing page on the website to pull it all together. π
I've also highlighted a few favorites below. Let me know if I can help you find anything in particular!
