NEW: Shichimi Togarashi + Tofu Scramble


Hi Reader,

Have you ever tried Shichimi Togarashi? Also knows as Japanese 7 Spice, it's a delicious blend of spicy red chile flakes, toasted sesame seeds, dried orange peel, and a few other key ingredients.

Making it at home in small batches results in a MUCH more flavorful seasoning than you'll get from a dusty bottle on the grocery store shelf.

The ways you can use shichimi togarashi are endless, which leads me to the other new recipe of the week....
