My Best Vegan Snacks for the Super Bowl

Hi Reader,

Whether you plan to watch the Super Bowl on Sunday or settle in with a movie instead, either way feels like a good excuse for delicious snacks!

So I rounded up some of my favorite game-day-approved recipes that are packed with flavor, easy to make, and appeal to vegans and non-vegans, alike. 😎

One team might have to lose on Sunday, but with snacks like these, we're always winning! 😊

Seitan Buffalo Wings

Saucy, spicy, and seriously good, these are easier to make than most vegan wing recipes because there's no batter, breading, or deep frying. And most importantly, no chickens harmed in the process!

The Best Lentil Chili

Okay, I know chili isn't a snack, but it's perfect for casual get-togethers because:

  • it's easy to keep warm in a slow cooker
  • offers guests something more filling
  • and people can enjoy it however they want, like in a bowl or over veggie dogs, nachos, or potato skins!

A Fresh Veggie Tray

Build a vegetable tray that's SO gorgeous and inviting, people can't help but eat their veggies. πŸ₯• I've got you covered with lots of amazing dip recipes, too.

Buffalo Cauliflower Dip

Inspired by the Trader Joe's product (which has probably been discontinued by now), this thick and savory dip has a tangy, almost cheesy flavor. It's great for scooping up with pretty much anything!

Bitchin' Sauce Copycat

Made from whole almonds, this savory dip pairs well with everything. If you've ever tried it, you know what all the fuss is about! 😍

Dill Pickle Pasta Salad

I usually think of pasta salads during warmer months, but this one works anytime! The homemade creamy dill pickle dressing is so good, even the omnivores will love it. πŸ˜‰πŸ₯’

Za'atar Hummus

Every party needs at least one batch of hummus. Go ahead and shake things up with sautΓ©ed garlic and za'atar spice blend (affiliate link).

Hi Reader, A few weeks ago I had a mild head cold. You know how sinus congestion can mess with your smell and taste, and make certain foods seem unappealing? Well, that happened with my morning cup of coffee! So I started pondering other ways to get some caffeine. Something icy and cold, with a little sweetness, sounded good. That's when I remembered the instant espresso I'd purchased on impulse a few weeks earlier. πŸ₯³ I started tossing things in the blender, and voila! This creamy,...

Hi Reader, For those of you celebrating Easter next weekend, I picked out a few of my favorites that are perfect for a gathering. If you don't observe Easter, I bet there's still something here you'll want to whip up (πŸ‘‰like that mac & cheese 🀀)! If I can help you find a particular recipe or answer any questions, just let me know! πŸ‡ Made with oat flour, this carrot cake is moist and tender and pairs perfectly with my almond flour cream cheese frosting! Healthy-ish Carrot Cake EASY prep and...

Hi Reader, Ever get halfway through a recipe and realize it calls for instant pudding mix… and then remember the ingredients aren’t great? Or you can’t find a vegan one anymore? That’s exactly what happened to me when Whole Foods discontinued the accidentally vegan instant pudding I used in my No-Cook Vegan Banana Pudding. So I decided to make my own. But instead of sharing just the instant version, I figured I'd include a classic cook-and-serve mix, too. Vegan Pudding Mix Just whisk together...
