Flavorful Grain Upgrades For Meal Prep


Hi Reader,

Lately I’ve been on a kick of looking for easy ways to "upgrade" our meal-prepped grains into something more fun.

Nothing fussy (because who has time?), just simple additions that make weekday meals feel a little more exciting. 💁🏻‍♀️

In fact, today I'm typing up a new one-pot quinoa recipe featuring Tunisian-inspired flavors (mmmmm, harissa).
