Hi Reader, You know those moments where you buy a lot of an ingredient with good intentions... and then suddenly you’re like, “okay, what am I doing with all of these?” That was me a couple of Saturdays ago with mushrooms. I was in the mood for pasta, so I thought I'd throw together a quick sauce with whatever I had on hand—nothing fancy, just mushrooms, onion, dried herbs, canned tomatoes, etc. And somehow, it turned out really, really good. 🥳 I immediately knew I had to make it again and share it with you. Mushroom RagùUnlike a traditional ragù made with meat, this one is all about mushrooms and pantry staples. It's more tomato-forward than you might expect, but it's also very flexible.
